My Journey: The Evolution of Souliflex
At 17 years old, I was a 120 lb high school athlete playing basketball. Driven by a desire to transform my physique, I began an intense journey into strength training. Within a year, I added 15 lbs of muscle and discovered my passion for bodybuilding.
Over the years, I pushed through the odds, focusing not just on aesthetics but on the mind-muscle connection and the science of building lean muscle mass. My commitment to daily training—whether it was in the gym, on the track, or in recovery through cold and heat therapy—became the foundation of Souliflex.
As I refined my approach, I introduced elements of intermittent fasting, low-carb/high-protein diets, and strategic recovery methods. By incorporating running into my training regimen, I found the perfect synergy between strength and endurance.
